Dr. Ogden has personally experienced the importance of organizational culture in both the zoological field and as a corporate executive.  Healthy, high-performing cultures do not happen magically – they happen through exceptional and compassionate leadership.   Over her many years in this field, she has led efforts within Disney’s global parks team and the zoological community to build cultures that value animals, conservation and environmental sustainability.

She has seen first-hand what works, and what doesn’t, to create caring, mission-focused cultures.
